Renowned Artist James Akers to Exhibit neon sculpture at “Tiny but Mighty” exhibition

Tiny but Mighty is an exhibition of small three-dimensional works from across the country which do not exceed 8” in their longest dimensions. Original works in all media, traditional or non-traditional, are welcomed. Included are both freestanding and wall-mounted three-dimensional works. Open to all artists living in the United States, this exhibition is held at the d’Art Center in Norfolk, Virginia. The d’Art Center is Norfolk’s thirty-year-old art center which includes working professional artist studios and a wide variety of exhibitions and programming open to the public. The d’Art Center is located in the NEON district of Norfolk, and this show will be housed in d’Art’s spacious main exhibition space, the Harbor Group International Gallery.
